MARVLA TINDO, established in 2009, is the joint venture of two friends, Martin (with serious corporate economical background, currently focused on winemaking after doing both jobs parallel) and Vlado (works in architecture design), driven by a shared passion for wine. With an annual production of 8,000 to 10,000 liters, their winery focuses on terroir-driven wines, allowing nature and time to play a significant role in the winemaking process. The winery, situated near Levice in the Pannonian Basin, explores the potential of vineyards planted on Sitno volcanic subsoil, producing unique and characterful wines with minimal intervention. The winemakers consciously embrace original varieties, exemplifying a dedication to authenticity and a rejection of passing trends. Their remarkable personalities, characterized by a delightful blend of humor, philosophy, and a grounded practicality, empower them to engage in extensive experimentation. Despite their lighthearted approach to themselves, they maintain exceptionally high standards in crafting their wines.
