Soil: Slope of red marl with red clay loaded with iron oxide. South-facing terroir.

Gentle pressing for five hours, settling and oxidation of the must for 24 hours. Aged for 12 months on lees in ovoid concrete vats (2/3) and sandstone jar (1/3), followed by 10 months in bottle.
